Hashiri.AI MCP Connector
Chat with your running datain Claude & ChatGPT
Connect Hashiri.AI to your AI assistant and ask questions answered from your live training data — activities, fitness trends, readiness, and lab results. Read-only, secure, and free.
Works with Claude (claude.ai & Claude Code) and ChatGPT.
Your data. Your AI. Real answers.
Bulk-exporting your data and pasting it into a chat gives the AI a stale snapshot it reads once. The MCP Connector links your assistant to your live Hashiri.AI data, so every answer reflects your latest runs — across a whole conversation.
Live, not a static export
Answers come from your real-time data, not a one-time copy-paste that goes stale the moment you log your next run.
Ask in plain language
"Are my easy days easy enough?" "Am I on track for my goal race?" Your assistant pulls the numbers and explains them.
Read-only & private
Scoped to your account, revocable anytime, and it can never edit, post, or delete anything. Your data stays yours.
What your assistant can see
The connector exposes five read-only tools. Your assistant calls them to answer your question and sees nothing beyond what they return. Every tool is scoped to your own account and none of them accepts another person's identifier, so a connection can only ever read your data.
Runner profile
get_runner_profileDemographics, physical metrics, heart-rate zones, personal records with VDOT, and shoe mileage.
Training summary
get_training_summaryRecent health and recovery metrics, training load and readiness, goals and race results, and weekly running volume.
Recent activities
list_activitiesA compact list of your most recent runs: date, name, distance, duration, pace, and average heart rate.
Activity detail
get_activityEverything about one run: summary stats, splits and laps, running dynamics, gear, and weather.
Lab results
get_lab_resultsAI-extracted insights from lab tests you have uploaded, such as VO2 max tests, blood lactate tests, DEXA scans, blood panels, and gait assessments.
Because these tools return health and fitness data, including lab results, the assistant's operator receives that data in order to answer you. Read exactly what is shared and with whom.

Built for privacy and security
Read-only access
The connector can read your data but never write — no edits, posts, or deletions.
Scoped to you
Each connection only ever sees your own account's data.

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; tokens are stored only as hashes and never shown twice.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Unlike platforms that put this behind a paid subscription, the Hashiri.AI MCP Connector is free.
Which AI assistants work?
Claude (claude.ai web and Claude Code) and ChatGPT (Developer Mode), plus the OpenAI Responses API. The browser apps connect via OAuth — no token to paste.
Can it change my data?
No. It is strictly read-only — it cannot upload, edit, or delete activities or anything else.
What can it see?
Your profile and PRs, recent activities and details, training load and readiness, goals, and lab-test insights — all scoped to your account.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings → MCP Connector and disconnect the app or revoke the token. Access is cut off immediately.
Why is this better than pasting an export?
An export is a one-time snapshot the AI reads once. The connector reads your live data on demand, every time, across the whole conversation.
